Returns
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale items are non-returnable.
To start a return, please contact us at rednivory@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
